About Us
Hudson Valley Falafel began as a local restaurant serving fresh, authentic Mediterranean cuisine to the Hudson Valley community. Today, we’ve taken our passion for great food on the road, transforming into a food truck that brings our signature falafel, shawarma, and Mediterranean favorites directly to festivals, breweries, markets, and special events throughout the region.
Where to find us:
We regularly visit the Stormville Airport Antique Show & Flea Market, events at Barton Orchards, cider and seltzer festivals, food truck festivals, Harvest Fest celebrations, and farmers markets. We’re also proud to serve guests at Locust Grove Brewing Company, Millbrook Vineyards & Winery, Kings Court Brewing Company, the Rosendale Pickle Festival, and weekly events at the Majed J. Nesheiwat Convention Center. We also make regular stops at local HVCU corporate locations and many other community events throughout the year.
